The General Manager is responsible for opening a new hotel and creating an exceptional service culture and a friendly and positive work environment. The General Manager provides leadership in effectively managing all aspects of the hotel operations including: guest relations, front desk, sales, housekeeping, maintenance, product quality, accounting, team building and staff development. Responsibilities include directing and coordinates activities of the hotel to obtain the highest levels of guest satisfaction, efficiency, and adopting best practices by performing duties personally or through direct reports.
